Our Privacy Policy

We take seriously our duty to safeguard personal and confidential information.  Lawyers, like other professionals who advise on personal financial matters, are required by federal law to inform clients of their policy regarding privacy of client information.  At DeManche Law Group, LLC we have been, and continue to be, bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law.

In the course of our providing legal services we may receive nonpublic, personal information from the following sources:

  • Information (including social security numbers) from clients during meetings, telephone conferences, correspondence, and forms that we may ask clients to complete;
  • Information from a client’s transaction with us or with others; and
  • Information from service providers or other third parties.

We make every reasonable effort to restrict access to nonpublic, personal information about our clients to those attorneys and employees of our firm who need to know that information to provide our legal services.

We do not disclose any nonpublic, personal information about current or former clients obtained in the course of representing those clients, except as expressly or implicitly authorized by those clients, or as required or permitted by all applicable laws and rules of professional responsibility governing our conduct as lawyers.
